Mark Stebbings, the Chief Operating Officer at Betfred, has publicly shared that he will leave the organization by the end of this week. His professional journey, spanning almost three decades with this leading operator, was confirmed on LinkedIn. betting and gambling He has set September 29 as his formal exit date, keeping his future endeavors a secret. At this point, the organization hasn't disclosed any details about who will fill the shoes of this vastly experienced executive.

“After almost three decades with Betfred, I believe the time is right to take my leave. Being part of Betfred's remarkable growth journey fills me with pride.

Stebbings wrote on his LinkedIn page:

“I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Fred Done, who has been an exceptional guide and a firm believer in my potential, supporting me every step of the way from my early days as a trainee betting shop manager to eventually becoming the group's Chief Operating Officer.”

Stebbings remains optimistic about Betfred's continued expansion and wishes Fred Done, Betfred’s co-founder, along with the entire team, great success. He mentions taking a brief hiatus to enjoy some family time before choosing his subsequent career path.

The departure of Stebbings marks the second significant leadership transition at Betfred this September. Earlier this month, Betfred named Kresimir Spajic as the new CEO of Betfred USA, where he'll helm both the strategic and operational horizons of the sportsbook across ten states in the U.S.
