One such company is Aristocrat Leisure Limited, an Australian casino content distributor, announced the promotion of their Chief Compliance Officer, Tracey Elkerton, to the Executive Steering Committee (ESC). Elkerton will now report directly to CEO Trevor Croker.

Elkerton serves as Aristocrat’s As Chief Compliance Officer, she manages the company's global regulatory and compliance obligations. With close to 25 years of gaming experience in compliance, she delivers profound expertise to the company.

Elkerton, since joining Aristocrat's Regulatory & Compliance Committee in 2004, previously held significant positions in compliance at Standard Chartered Bank Australia Limited and St George Bank Limited before her tenure at Aristocrat.

Upon her new role, Trevor Croker commented: 'Tracey Elkerton's inclusion in our ESC signifies Aristocrat's dedication to upholding premier governance standards and will enhance our compliance framework. Tracey's analytical approach will guide us in making decisions crucial for both immediate and long-term success.'

Croker praised Elkerton's 25-year tenure in gaming compliance, and her contribution to Aristocrat's global vision. He looked forward to her valuable input and congratulated her on the new position. Aristocrat Elsewhere in Aristocrat's affairs, the company has been active with new alliances and game launches. Early in February, they were pleased to announce the acquisition of Roxo Gaming Limited. This purchase integrates Roxor into the Anaxi family, setting sights on leading the iGaming sector in 2023.

2023 Expansion Plans Continue

Anaxi CEO Mitchell Bowen expressed excitement in bringing Roxor into the broader Aristocrat group. Bowen highlighted the aim to become a preeminent gaming platform in the regulated online gambling market, marking Roxor's addition as a pivotal move. Anaxi anticipates significant growth with Roxor's talented team.

The company also participated in a recent trade show, showcasing its 'For Sale Link' products. These offerings include Ji Cai Hao Yun, Mo Mummy, Tian Ci Jin Lu, 5 Dragons Ultra, and Mighty Cash Ultra. The firm also plans to reveal new links on their MarsX Dual cabinets.
